• Receive: Get your product access details privately in chat
• Support: Access order-linked support if needed

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Use purchased products in compliance with their respective terms of service
• Not resell or redistribute products without authorization
• Report any issues with orders promptly
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All sellers must provide accurate product descriptions
• Sellers are responsible for delivering products as described
• Sellers must honor their stated warranty terms
• Sellers must provide responsive support to buyers

• We accept multiple payment methods (UPI, crypto, wallet, etc.)
• All transactions are processed securely through the bot
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

7. Refund and Warranty Policy

• Refund policies vary by seller and product

• Submit refund requests through the bot within the warranty period
• We facilitate dispute resolution but final decisions rest with sellers

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by Sellzivo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sellzivo acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or legality of seller offerings
• Issues arising from your use of purchased products
• Disputes between buyers and sellers (though we will assist)
• Third-party website policies or practices

You agree not to:

• Use the marketplace for illegal purposes
• Post fraudulent listings or make false claims
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate pricing or availability
• Share account credentials improperly
